This page explains how this website handles enquiries, technical information and browser storage. Calculator figures stay on your device. Contact details are used to respond to your request, record consent and manage the delivery of enquiry emails.
What this page covers
This page is about this website. If you go on to make a mortgage application, the file itself is handled through a lender's system and through a secure borrower portal, not here, and those carry their own notices.
What we collect, and when
The site has no customer account or document upload. Hosting and security services may process technical connection information when a page is requested.
- Browsing: hosting and security services may process IP addresses, browser information and request logs. Your browser may cache page assets.
- Calculators and comparison tools: entered figures stay in the page and are not sent to the lead endpoint. Printing creates a copy on your device.
- Enquiries: name, email, phone, property state, enquiry type, optional message, preferred language, callback preference and selected program.
- Consent records include the displayed wording, version, submission time, IP address, user agent and page path. Delivery records contain the enquiry email payload and delivery-attempt status.
Why we keep a record of your consent
When you tick the box on the enquiry form you are agreeing to be contacted, including by phone and text. That agreement is recorded: the exact wording you were shown, the version of it, and when you submitted it.
The record helps evidence your request and consent. A submission identifier helps prevent a retry from creating the same enquiry twice.
Who else sees it
The website integrations are described below. Their activation and the final privacy notice must be reviewed before launch.
- Cloudflare hosts the site, stores enquiry and consent records, and provides the anti-spam check.
- Resend processes enquiry notification and confirmation emails.
- Optional analytics is disabled in this preview. Activating Google Analytics or Cloudflare Web Analytics requires a separate configuration and privacy review.
Cookies
This preview does not load optional analytics. Browser caching and the anti-spam service may still process or store technical information.
The contact page uses session storage for a random submission identifier and a fingerprint of the submitted fields, to recognise retries in the same tab. Raw contact details are not stored there. It is cleared after a successful submission. If storage is unavailable, the form still works.
When language selection is available, choosing a website language saves only its language code in this browser’s local storage for return visits. New visitors start in English. Clearing site data resets the preference. No language-based redirection occurs while language support is disabled.
Documents
Never send pay stubs, bank statements, tax returns or identity documents through this website or by email. There is no upload form here and there never will be.
When those documents are needed they go through a secure borrower portal built to hold them, and we will tell you how at the point it is needed.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and consent records are kept for as long as we need them to answer you, to evidence the consent you gave, and to meet the record keeping a licensed mortgage broker is subject to.
What you can ask us to do
You can withdraw consent to be contacted at any time, by replying STOP to a text message or by telling us. You can ask what we hold about you and ask us to delete it, and if we are required to keep something we will say so and why.
