This website is published by Fedrate Mortgage LLC, an independent mortgage brokerage licensed in Texas and Florida. The licence details are on the licensing page.
What this site is, and what it is not
It is general information about mortgages and about what we do. It is not financial, legal or tax advice, and it is not advice about your particular circumstances.
Nothing here is an offer of credit or a commitment to lend. No figure on this site is a quote. A lender decides whether to lend, on its own terms, after reviewing a full application.
The calculators
The calculators work out arithmetic on figures you type. They use no rate of ours, because this site publishes none, and their results are estimates rather than an offer, a commitment or a rate lock.
They are a way to understand how the parts of a mortgage relate to each other, not a substitute for a real review. The calculators each say what they do not tell you.
Keeping this site accurate
We take care to keep this site correct and current. Lending programs, requirements and costs change, sometimes at short notice, and pages can fall behind. If something here matters to a decision you are making, ask us rather than relying on the page.
Using the site
Use it for its purpose. Do not attempt to interfere with it, to submit the enquiry form automatically, or to collect data from it in bulk.
The wording, design, photographs and the Fedrate Mortgage name and logo belong to Fedrate Mortgage LLC or are used with permission.
Links to other sites
Where this site links somewhere else, that site is not ours and we are not responsible for it.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the version and the review date below change with them.
