Use this checklist to organise your questions before speaking with Deepu. It is a preparation guide, not a lender requirement list. Keep financial documents private and wait for instructions about an appropriate secure borrower portal.

Before the first call

Start with what you already know. Leave anything uncertain as a question for the conversation.

Decide whether you want to buy, refinance or invest. Note the property state and your preferred timeline. Write down questions about payments, costs and next steps. Choose English or Malayalam and a suitable callback time.

Gather later, when requested

The lender and your situation determine the documents needed. These are categories to discuss, not a complete list.

Income and employment records relevant to your situation. Savings and other funds you plan to use. Existing debt and current mortgage information, if applicable. Property details and purchase agreement, if applicable.

Keep your information private

Do not upload identity documents, statements, tax returns or pay stubs to this website or send them by ordinary email. Ask Deepu for the secure borrower portal instructions when documents are needed.
